Iris Cottages

Iris Cottage is a very well presented villa which has been furnished to a high standard. You will find a lovely peaceful setting where you can relax in the air-conditioned atmosphere to enjoy time out from the sun. If however you are a sun worshipper, you will love the privacy of the roof terrace which provides a space to soak up the sun and top up your tan away from the pool.  As a complete contrast however, the roof terrace offers a real place of retreat on an evening, here you can relax in the cooler evening breeze whilst utilizing the BBQ.

The Swimming pool is is more or less outside your front door and provides a wonderful 45 foot pool where you can have a proper swim or relax whilst family members enjoy fun in the water

Villa Layout The ground floor has a spacious open plan Lounge, kitchen and dining area, which is fully equipped with Hob and cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and toaster as well as everything you could need in the kitchen. The master Bedroom has a double bed, its own veranda and is complete with en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin. Bedroom  two and three both have twin beds and have access to two bathrooms, one with Shower and the other with Shower and Bath. Bed linen is provided along with Bath and hand towels for use in the villa.

The Roof Garden is on the top floor and from here, you can see the edge of the Troodos Mountains, the sea is just over the rooftops and of course a great view of the pool.

Entertainment The Villa offers a relaxing atmosphere in a quiet residential area of Kato (Lower) Paphos and provides a few home comforts such as CD player, TV & DVD player  We ask that guests would respect the comfort of all visitors and therefore  smoking is not permitted inside the Villa
